Trisura is an old spinoff of Brookfield. Interestingly enough, Brookfield seems to be everywhere in Canada.
This is a great P&C insurer. We've just always kind of preferred Intact Financial over Trisura. Mostly due to the fact Intact has a bit more international exposure and exposure to different markets, plus just its blue chip nature. Small cap insurers are particularly prone to catastrophic situations. The smaller nature of them makes it a bit more difficult for them to absorb impacts.
The company has very similar operating results as Intact and if someone bought it today my comments would certainly be that they've added a great insurer. The company is expanding in the United States, and there is a chance here that it could post some exceptional growth as the market is very fragmented.
