Hey there. We're actually going to take this week to digest the whole spinoff/news and issue a report in next weeks newsletter. So, stay tuned for that and you'll get a much more in-depth answer than I can provide at this time. Sometimes these spinoffs are a bit complex and it takes more than a day or two to digest.
