If you are lucky to get this stock at pre-market IPO price I would take it. You need to verify if your broker one of the brokers that are handling the listing. You broker will make the request for you. Apparently the commission is set at 2% of the IPOs price. Please note that Telus will still own 0ver 2/3 of the company. So if you own Telus stock ( T ), you will definitely still be participating in someway in this new IPO stock offering. This stock is a pure play in AI on the internet. It is optimizing what is called CX ( Customer Experience ) when navigating on the internet. As a bonus Telus International is already earning revenu and they have Amazon as their biggest client.
Great future exists for this company and for Telus ( T ) as well.

I think I will wait till it starts to trade on the market and see at what price it will finally settles and re-evaluate. I figure if it is a good investment it will always be a good investment.

Thanks Mat.

Hi there,

The $23-$25 pricing is in USD.

When you place an expression of interest for say 100 shares, then you are essentially telling your broker that you are interested in participating in the IPO. Based on the interest of said IPO, you may or may not get filled. Of note, it is very difficult for retail investors to get their expressions filled on a hot IPO. Usually, they are scooped up by institutional investors and orders don't get filled.

If by chance, there isn't a lot of interest and you get filled, then you will pay for how ever many shares get filled at the IPO Price. Of note, that price can be above (or below) $23-25 USD as the final price is not yet known and is once again, dependent on interest.

Hi Mat,

I do like what I see for this IPO. However, I have never purchase IPO before but thinking this may be the first.

The updated prospectus dated January 25th is pricing the IPO between $23 and $25.
Do you know if this is in USD or CAD?

What happens once you place an express of interest to the IPO?
