I would definitely not compare it to Beyond Meat or Impossible Burger as they are much further along. However, that doesn't mean VERY can't be successful. The market is growing at a rapid pace and thee is room for many players.
New IPOs are tough - they can work out well, or retail investors can end up losing big $$. On a personal level, I like to wait a couple of quarters to see how they performed in relation to guidance and outlook. That being said, IPOs are necessary for this smaller companies to build cash and expand.
VERY is operating in an interesting industry and if it can successfully execute, it can definitely reward shareholders. It all depends on management's execution - management which is unproven as of yet. Expect considerable volatility with these stocks.
