HI there,

Looks like BNXA is another payment provider - think LSPD, NVEI and PVT - that caters to B2B and B2C markets. The difference however, is that it appears focused on "building fully compliant payment infrastructure that enables simple and secure conversion of fiat currency to digital currency. (USD/CAD to BTC/ETH)" So in essence, it is attempting to build facilitate the adoption of cryptocurrency as a medium of exchange.

I really like the company's vision as crypto as a medium of exchange is underused. Only 1% of crypto holders actually use it to buy goods and services and there is big potential here. All this said, it is in the very early stages. It has partnered with a smattering of cryptoexchanges, none of which I recognize except for Binance. It seems to be growing at a rapid clip with Total Transaction volume almost doubling every quarter. As of last quarter, it say AUD$111M pass through its systems. The company generates between 0-5% on commission and 0-3% on spread. I am not clear what the average is but if you assume 1% that is about $AUD2.2M in revenue. Of note, the company is based in Australia and reports in AUD.

The company listed at $1.00 for a market cap of $40.7M and it now trades are almost double that. Although I really like what the company does - I can't provide any other thoughts because i can't find any of their financials. Not listed on their website, and they are nowhere to be found on SEDAR which is likely why the IPO came without any fanfare. First time, I've been unable to find anything on a company. It's likely why other sits like Globe & Mail, Yahoo, etc don't have it listed or don't have a name. For whatever reason, there is little information to be found.

I've reached out to the company for details.

Mat
