Thoughts on DND?

DND has been a bit all of the map. I owned it when it IPOed and managed to get a bit lucky, selling it at the top.

Way too many issues going on right now for this company in my eyes. Company looking to sell, activist investors suggesting an overhaul of the board etc. I would put my own money nowhere near it.
