Not really following any companies no. I know of the space and have looked into the space and I would not say it is "somewhat" speculative, I would say speculation is through the roof.

Greater fool theory at this point. Companies with $5M in revenue trading for $20B+ market caps.

I actually did a podcast episode on it, if you go on Spotify and search for Canadian Investor Podcast, the title is "Breaking Down the Quantum Stock Mania"
