Trump tax on Canadian exports

I hold many Canadian Foundational stocks in my portfolio, and I am wondering what you feel are the ones most at risk of being hit should Trump go through with his tax on Canadian exports.

It is honestly hard to say at this point because there is no indication as to what Trump will tariff. He has mentioned a broad based tariff on pretty much all Canadian goods. However, I'd imagine there will be some concessions made and some give and takes. One example would be I do not believe he will end up tariffing Canadian energy. I think that would be a disaster for the US consumer overall.

Not many of the Canadian Foundational Stocks "sell" goods to the US, so there won't be too many of them impacted heavily by tariffs outside of potentially Canadian Natural in the event of an energy tariff.

The one stock I do believe could be facing some headwinds in regards to Trump winning would be Brookfield Renewables. The Republican party is not as adamant on cleaner energy. Although I'm bullish on BEP.UN over the long-term, I do realize they could face some difficulties.
