Yep - still a holder of DOC - investment thesis hasn't changed. Important to note, the entire space is down pretty considerably - a valuation reset happened. All the players suffered pretty major drops but long-term, still very much like what DOC is doing.
Of note, they are reporting earnings on August 25 (after close) - so that will be an important event for the company. Estimates are calling for ~$15M in revenue and negative adjusted EBITDA of $753K. We will find out how they do and they are likely to provide some commentary on uplisting to TSX either in their release or conference call.
IN terms of valuation - looks really cheap here with a P/S ratio of 11 and on a forward basis that drops to 1.1 - much cheaper than its peers. WELL (which i do consider best in class) is trading at more than 3 times the valuation of DOC - one of the biggest gaps between the two since 2020. Patience will be required because small caps are completely out of favour with the markets right now. That being said, have zero concerns here.
