It is a solid fund if you're looking for exposure outside of North America. It has done very well recently with the resurgence of international markets. It will be a more stable fund that an emerging international market ETF.

It is a pretty solid ETF for those who are looking for exposure outside of North America with a bit of income. Its strong performance as of late is bringing in some inflows.

Well diversified as well, with around 650 holdings. It is not something I would personally own as I rarely target high-yielding ETFs, but I wouldn't blame someone who is focused on income generation for owning it.
