Valuation is relatively key for me moving forward here. I'm fairly hesitant on pulling the trigger on Venture companies that have gone parabolic in very short order.
If the company can keep up with this pace of revenue growth, I do believe it is slightly overvalued to potentially fairly valued at best.
If I was going to take a position, it would be a very small one and a pure speculative one at that. Fast growing, unprofitable companies that are diluting shareholders and raising capital have to deliver on all fronts or the floor will eventually fall out. The company's current cash flows don't support debt payments and it is having to issue equity to support expansion.
One I hope does well but happy to sit on the sidelines for considering the risks.
