High quality company no doubt. High returns on equity and invested capital, strong operating margins. The company does have a bit of debt and it's balance sheet isn't "great" but it is also not weak or anything either. It's been buying back a reasonable amount of shares post-pandemic.
The only thing I worry about here, much like I worry about a lot of equities, US ones in particular, is valuation. The company is trading at 33x earnings. Yes, earnings are supposed to grow at a 20%+ pace over the next couple of years here, but when we look to a larger company like Google, it is expected to grow earnings at a similar pace but is trading at just 22x expected earnings.
High quality company that is just a tad too expensive for my liking.
