The dip is certainly from the recent announcement of the CEO stepping down and the role being filled. The fact it was somewhat of a surprising resignation always causes a lot of fear.
The company is expected to put up some large scale growth over the next while. The difficulty for me here is that even with this recent dip, seems like a lot of it is priced in. I think there is upside at these levels if the new CEO can execute on the company's acquisition heavy strategy. But there's also some uncertainty if he can't execute which is likely why the price has been dipping.
With the company in a year long downtrend, I'm not sure I'd be rushing out to buy it right now. Especially because it will likely need a few quarters of strong results from the new CEO before investor confidence comes back. However, I'd definitely be keeping an eye on the company, watchlist material, because I do like the business. Just not the valuation nor investor sentiment.
