Not one I'd be buying right now, partly due to the overall market sentiment but company issues as well.
If it can hit 2022 targets, it's a company that's trading at only 3.7x its adjusted EBITDA. So, fairly cheap I guess. The one thing I'd like to see more of with a nano cap like this is insider ownership. Right now it sits at only 14%. Higher insider ownership usually works out to higher conviction in the company itself by the directors/insiders.
Personally, for an up and coming serial acquirer, I'd like to see more history. For me the risk is too high here right now and I'd rather pick the company up at say a.... $150M market cap when they've put multiple years together of positive acquisitions.
The debt levels are also a concern. Negative interest coverage ratios and what looks to be around $27M in debt is going to be a no for me right now.
