Dcbo has selected a price for the offering..what does that mean exactly..like so the price will be hover at $49.67 USD around $63 CAD for a month or so?

HI there,

All it means is that those participating in the offering will be able to buy the stock at US$49.67 per share. These will likely be scooped up by institutional investors and those with deep pockets. It will likely mean that those who would have otherwise bought on the open market will buy at the secondary price and may impact DCBO's share price in the short term.

That is pretty much it - does not mean anything fundamentally for the company.
