The PE ratio, dividend yield, payout ration etc. are looking ok. Why is the share price going down?

The company has recently been undergoing a lot of issues, primarily in terms of growth. This is a company that routinely targeted 12-15% in annual dividend growth but recently has downgraded that to 5-8%. Whether or not it can hit that point is up for debate.
The company's debt situation is poor, with interest coverage ratios below 1x, meaning it doesn't have enough cash flow to cover the interest requirements on its debt.

The company has $6.5B in debt and a market cap of only $2B. It's in pretty rough shape right now. There may be a time in the future to have a look at it but I would say that time is likely not right now.
