These exploration stage mining companies are what I would call "scratch off tickets" of investing. Rarely you win big, sometimes you win a bit, but most of the times you end up losing your money.
Everything is in line with an exploration stage company. Persistent share dilution (they have no cash flows so they have to issue shares to survive), very little revenue generation, and very high operating expenses.
Most of these companies will publicly list to tap into public money to be able to fund operations and develop their projects. But for the most part they are pure gambles.
It's not something I would own. And if I did own it, it would be a minuscule portion of my portfolio as a pure speculative play.
