What is your take on MRT.UN as an income play?

Hi Gentlemen

Just wondering how you feel about this REIT. I’m usually skeptical about crazy high yields like this (north of 9%) but the dividend seems well covered
with very reasonable “ratios”. It has a solid grade on your dividend screener.

correction:yield now just shy of 8%
