Not sure I am quite understanding your question.

The company announced a pretty significant acquisition which caused the previous run up to all-time highs before it started to consolidate with the majority of the health care stocks. So that is what caused the big jump the last time.

This level of consolidation is quite healthy for stocks that had significant run-ups.
