If you're looking for a pure-play silver ETF, as in direct exposure to the commodity, SVR.C.TO is one of the better ones out there. However, if you'd like a currency hedged one, SVR.TO is available as well. It has one of the lower management fees out of all silver ETFs.
The only other way to play the price of silver would be a silver miners ETF, however those are going to be highly volatile, arguably more volatile than silver itself.
