What to think of buying ATD while the deal with Seven & i is still on the table and uncertain ?

Hey there. This is a company that I would personally just buy and hold for the long term and not fuss too much about that side of things.

On the flip side, it looks like the deal is officially dead as there is going to be money raised to take the company private.
