Whats up with REAL?

You put it on the Bull list in July while it was relatively high and it remains there. Its been on a downward path since early August. Have fundamentals changed in the company? Real estate here and US is still stable/growing? Rationale for the long decline??

Hi there,

As we discussed a few times on the Q&A and in our updated report - we see no fundamental issues with the company. We believe the company still has impressive growth prospects and remain confident in the long-term thesis of the company. Of note, I ended up topping up my position at these depressed levels. Outside of some minor pressure from insider selling (pre-planned - nothing to do with fundamentals) which increases the public float, we see no reason for REAL to be struggling the way it is.
