Hey there,
This is an impossible question to answer since we don't know one's risk tolerance, portfolio composition, etc. That said, we are releasing an email today that will feature some of the best buys from our lists, that may very well help you in you decision. In terms of ETFs, it would help if you could narrow down exactly what you are looking since there are so many options to chose from. Are you looking for a broad index ETF, a specific sector or industry, geographically diverse or specific to a certain market. Likewise, looking for growth and income is still too broad since most income stocks are beyond their high growth years and most high growth stocks don't pay a dividend. Once again, it would be helpful if you could narrow this down - are you looking for growth that will track the market with income? Did you mean perhaps dividend growth? What kind of yield are you looking for?
As mentioned, the options are many and we'd need a little more guidance in terms of what you are looking for as decisions should be made in the context of one's portfolio, risk tolerance, stage of investing, etc.
If we can narrow it down, perhaps we can provide some more insights.
