Which of the two (BLK vs BX) will be the best stock to buy for higher return, stability if you hold for next 3 to 5 years.

I think Blackrock is trending towards what Blackstone has been doing for a bit here, that being aggressive in the private equity and alternative investment products.

I am a larger fan of Blackrock. Larger asset base, more consistent fee-generation, and it is only getting started in terms of alternative assets. If it can penetrate this space well all while maintaining its dominant share of ETFs, I expect it to be one of the better performing asset managers moving forward.

I do own Blackrock, with no intentions to ever sell.
