That is a question only you can answer. There are many factors at play here. XBC has obviously suffered from some mis-management and it'll take a while for the company to regain the market's trust. Personally, I am holding the company as I don't need the cash and am giving the company a few quarters to figure things out. I also didn't have a large position, so i'm happy to proceed as though its a complete write off.
The company is cheap here based on expected growth rates. However, there is no question that the company is struggling. I know many who have exited their positions and taken a loss. It is likely situation specific.
