You are going to get this kind of volatility with a company like Docebo. This is a high growth company that is subject to big run ups and sudden drops. What we are experiencing here is a normal part of the process here. We actually moved to neutral on DCBO a couple of weeks ago because we felt as though it had gotten ahead of itself and it entered overbought territory quite significantly.
Couple that with a bought deal offering at $112 per share and the fact there is general weakness across the tech sector and you had the recipe for a short-term correction.
Nothing in terms of fundamentals has changed for the company.
